Seven members of the North Carolina rowing team have been honored as CRCA Scholar-Athletes by the Collegiate Rowing Coaches Association.
Tar Heels named 2017 CRCA Scholar-Athletes are:
• Bethany Brake, a sophomore coxswain from Clemmons, S.C., who is majoring in quantitative biology
• Paige Colpo, a sophomore rower from Cary, N.C., who is working toward a double major in journalism and peace, war & defense
• Morgan Donnelly, a junior rower from Huntersville, N.C., who is working toward a double major in strategic communication and sports administration
• Kathryn Johnson, a junior rower from Thomasville, N.
