Roy Williams, a man who has spent 57 of his 72 years on Earth living in his home state of North Carolina, is about to be honored for his 15 years of service in the state of Kansas. Williams will be enshrined into the Kansas Sports Hall of Fame in a ceremony at the Kansas Star Casino in Mulvane.
