It’s that time of year again. Get out your pens, papers, and even phones, and start filling out those brackets. No matter your method, just do it!
Pick a twelve-seed over a five, a thirteen over a four, and maybe even a fourteen over a three! But just based off of historical facts, DO NOT pick a sixteen over a one-seed!
North Carolina, of course, is back in the NCAA Tournament this season, and once again as a one-seed. This is the 16th time that the Tar Heels have been a one-seed, the 7th time under Roy Williams.
