Months of overseas work yielded an international addition for UNC GM Jim Tanner and Hubert Davis' Tar Heels on Saturday with the commitment of guard Luka Bogavac, a 6-foot-5 Montenegro native who already has logged four professional seasons in ABA Liga (Adriatic Basketball Association).
