Men's Golf Qualifies for Match Play

UNC junior Ryan Burnett shot a final-round 69 on Monday and freshman Peter Fountain finished tied for 13th as the University of North Carolina clinched a spot in the quarterfinals of the 2021 NCAA Men's Golf Championship at the Grayhawk Golf Club.

Carolina finished 72 holes of stroke play eighth in the 30-team field at 25-over-par 1145, seven strokes ahead of Louisville and Sam Houston, which tied for ninth.
