It’s not every day that UNC goes into SEC country and outrecruits one of the SEC’s premier programs like LSU. It happens even less that UNC goes in and recruits a coach’s son away from his father’s school and brings him to UNC. But both those things happened when Manny Miles, son of LSU coach Les Miles, committed to be a preferred walk-on at Carolina.
