European basketball star Luka Bogavac has yet to be cleared by the NCAA, and the North Carolina Tar Heels are starting to lose patience.

It has been over two months since European shooting guard Luka Bogavac officially arrived in Chapel Hill to start his college basketball career with the North Carolina Tar Heels.

Except, his college basketball career didn't actually start then, and it still has yet to begin.
