LOUISVILLE, Ky. – Less than two weeks after earning her 400th career win, University of North Carolina women's lacrosse head coach reached another major milestone: her 100th Atlantic Coast Conference victory.
Levy is the first coach in ACC history to reach the century mark. As of March 16, no other coach in league history has more than 67 conference victories.
The only head coach UNC has ever known, she achieved the feat after No. 1 North Carolina cruised past Louisville, 20-7, Thursday afternoon at the UofL Lacrosse Stadium in Louisville, Kentucky.
Following the win, the top-ranked Tar Heels remain undefeated at 7-0 overall and 4-0 in league play while the Cardinals drop to 4-4 (1-3).
