Tar Heel fans should ask Santa for some Maalox this Christmas. The end of the Ohio State game was stomach-churning, but fortunately, the good guys came out on top.
The UNC basketball program kept their non-conference winning streak alive with a step-up in competition after a few home game cupcakes around exams. Ohio State came into the game 8-2, with its only losses against Pitt and Illinois.
But it was an Atlanta homecoming for Caleb Wilson, and the return of senior starter Seth Trimble. The vibes were too immaculate for the Tar Heels to lose, but they very nearly did after holding an 11-point second-half lead.
