CHAPEL HILL—Late Night With Roy, the 16th annual ceremonial season tipoff for Carolina Basketball presented by Utz, will be the first opportunity to see the Tar Heels open their 2018-19 season in style. Fans are invited to come watch the Tar Heels on Friday October 12 in the Smith Center as they compete in basketball skills challenges and dances while having a little fun, capped off by the team's Blue/White intrasquad scrimmage.
Antawn Jamison (UNC '99) and Molly Sullivan (UNC '02) will host the evening's festivities. Jamison was the 1998 National Player of the Year as a junior at Carolina, a two-time All-America and two-time NBA All-Star.
