Kenny Williams undergoes successful knee surgery

UNC freshman basketball guard Kenny Williams underwent successful surgery on his right knee Thursday to repair a torn meniscus. Williams suffered the injury during the 2015-16 season, in which he appeared in 30 games. Williams is expected to miss six to eight weeks of basketball action but should be fully cleared in time for the start of practice in the fall. (Carolina Blue)
