The University of North Carolina men's and women's golf teams have added Dr. Grant Scott as director of operations, outreach and leadership development, head men's coach Andrew DiBitetto and head women's coach Jan Mann announced today.
Grant spent the last 15 years in different roles in the high school and college ranks as a teacher, head golf coach and director of athletics and facilities. He's served as an operations and marketing director of collegiate golf camps, while building a junior golf tournament series from the ground up.
For the past seven years, Grant has been a full-time faculty member in the college of business at The University of Findlay (Findlay, Ohio), teaching leadership and marketing courses, while also directing an innovative student run agency, @TheOiler10.
