Charlotte, N.C. - After a thrilling 41-31 victory over the Miami Hurricanes, North Carolina quarterback Drake Maye, running back Omarion Hampton, wide receiver Devontez Walker and linebacker Cedric Gray were named ACC Players of the Week Monday afternoon.
Maye, a back-to-back winner of the ACC Quarterback of the Week, threw for 273 yards and three touchdowns. He was also named to the Week 7 Davey O'Brien Great 8 following his performance against the Hurricanes. Maye has now been named to the Davey O'Brien Great 8 for the second consecutive week.
