North Carolina's commitment fireworks continued on the Fourth of July: 4-star wide receiver Chris Culliver pledged to the Tar Heels on Monday. He's UNC's eighth commitment in the past nine days. Culliver, a 6-foot-3, 175-pound star at Maiden (N.C.) High, chose UNC over NC State and Virginia Tech. Florida State and Ohio State were also heavily involved.
