Jackson Watkins is the perfect example of someone who never gave up on his dreams, even if they seemed impossible to accomplish.
With a desire to play for the UNC basketball program, Watkins worked tremendously hard to rise through the system, starting as a JV player at North Carolina before earning his spot on the varsity team. While living out his dream, Watkins was part of an insane time in UNC basketball history, from the changing of the guard from Roy Williams to Hubert Davis, the retiring of Coach K (not once, but twice), a heartbreaking defeat in the national championship game and, of course, being a key contributor for the iconic "Biscuit Boys.
