Drake Maye led the New England Patriots to another win in primetime on Sunday Night in Baltimore to lock up a spot in the playoffs. And this time, he did it with a career game.
This time, another comeback would be needed for Maye to secure that first playoff spot for New England in four years. The Patriots trailed 24-13 with just under 10 minutes remaining before the former UNC Football quarterback dropped an absolute dime to wide receiver Kyle Williams for a 37-yard touchdown pass.
The throw to Williams cut the deficit to five, and then Maye converted the two-point conversion with a pass to Rhamondre Stevenson to make it a field goal possession game.
