CHAPEL HILL – Three-year starter and four-year veteran Myles Dorn will participate in the East-West Shrine Bowl in St. Petersburg, Fla. on Saturday. The game will air on NFL Network at 3 p.m.
Dorn earned honorable mention All-ACC honors in 2019 and was voted captain by his teammates following the regular season. He finished third on the team in tackles with 83 to go along with 4.5 TFL, two INTs and six PBU. The stalwart of a secondary ravaged by injury all season, Dorn started all 13 games for the Tar Heels and was a main reason the defense improved by 56 spots in total defense and 63 places in scoring defense.
