UNC Baseball opened its fall exhibition season with a 26-5 win over Walters State Community College in 14 innings on Friday. The Tar Heels' pitching staff combined to strike out 22 batters. Jake Knapp and Aidan Haugh led UNC with three strikeouts each. Alberto Osuna hit two home runs - totaling nearly 900 feet – and finished 3-for-3 with four RBI. (GoHeels.com)

UNC Baseball Welcomes 24 Newcomers To The Program
Ahead of its exhibition game against Walters State Friday, UNC head baseball coach Scott Forbes announced the 24 newcomers who have joined the program.
