Crawley, Scotty, Tanguilig Advance To NCAA Third Round

CHAMPAIGN, Illinois - Fiona Crawley, Elizabeth Scotty and Carson Tanguilig all wrapped up straight-set victories within 90 seconds of each other on Tuesday morning in the second round of the 2022 Division I NCAA Women's Tennis Singles Championship from the Khan Outdoor Tennis Complex at the University of Illinois.

By virtue of reaching the Round of 16, the North Carolina trio earns ITA All-America honors for the 2021-22 season. Tanguilig becomes the 23rd players named an All-America under the leadership of Tar Heel head coach Brian Kalbas in 19 illustrious seasons in Chapel Hill.
