When you’re the three seed in an NCAA baseball regional, the pressure really isn’t there at all. You made it to the tournament; everything else is gravy. In the case of Nebraska, there’s especially little pressure as they come into Chapel Hill fresh off winning their second straight Big Ten Championship. That title was the only way the Huskers could get into the NCAA Tournament, and they pulled off four straight wins in their home state — at the site of the College World Series, by the way — to punch their ticket.
Their reward for pulling off the upsets is a matchup with two seed Oklahoma.
