CHAPEL HILL - Three high school seniors have signed National Letters of Intent to play women’s basketball for the University of North Carolina, announced Wednesday by head coach Sylvia Hatchell.
The three members of the class of 2021 are Janelle Bailey of Matthews, North Carolina, Leah Church of Purlear, North Carolina and Jaelynn Murray of Columbia, South Carolina.
“I am proud to say that we are bringing in three great young ladies who are well coached and will be great ambassadors for our great University and our program,” said Hatchell.
