North Carolina men’s baseball has secured the 2025 ACC championship.
The Tar Heels dominated the No. 5 seeded Clemson Tigers on Sunday afternoon, 14-4.
UNC entered the week as the No. 3 seed and matched up with Boston College in the quarterfinal. After taking care of business on Friday, Scott Forbes and his squad did more of the same on Saturday, knocking out Florida State. This set up a marquee matchup with likely-host Clemson for the title.
North Carolina went with freshman Ryan Lynch on the mound. A dominant relief pitcher all season, Lynch made his first start of the year due to the Tar Heels using their other three starting rotation pictures in the two games prior.
