CHAPEL HILL – University of North Carolina guard Cameron Johnson underwent an arthroscopic hip procedure Monday in Minneapolis, Minn.
Johnson is expected to make a full recovery for the 2018-19 season.

Johnson played in 26 games and made 20 starts in 2017-18 in his first season with the Tar Heels. The Moon Township, Pa., native was second on the team in free throw percentage (.847), and third in scoring (12.4) and rebounding (4.7).
