Fans of the UNC football program were likely shocked at the news that developed early on Thursday morning.
After receiving a commitment from former UL Monroe wide receiver Jonathan Bibbs a few days prior, North Carolina thought it had secured another pass catcher to add to its unit. However, that turned out to be the complete opposite, as Bibbs flipped his commitment from UNC to UCF.
Just a few hours later, the news seems to maybe make a little more sense, given that the Tar Heels have brought in another transfer portal wide receiver who will fill the void.
