CHAPEL HILL— Andie Aldave scored a season-high five goals for the second-ranked North Carolina women's lacrosse team in a 17-10 win over Jacksonville on a rainy Sunday afternoon at Dorrance Field.
Aldave, a graduate transfer from Notre Dame, set a season high with her five goals and five points. Roommate and fellow graduate transfer Sam Geiersbach (from Richmond) also posted her best game as a Tar Heel with four goals and an assist.
Four Tar Heels recorded hat tricks or more on the day for the first time since the 2021 ACC Tournament quarterfinals.
