The 8th ranked NC State Women’s Basketball team defeated South Florida 65-57 today at home, improving to 9-1 on the year.
Junior Point Guard Diamond Johnson led the Wolfpack with 14 points on 6 of 10 shooting from the field, and 2 of 3 from three. Unfortunately, Johnson only played 16 minutes in the game, leaving with an ankle sprain. Johnson took to Twitter to say she would be back in no time.

Senior Guard Jakia Brown-Turner added 13 points, and Senior Center Camille Hobby was the only other player that scored in double figures, chipping in 10 points, as well as 7 rebounds.
