I know a lot of us are frustrated right now—hard not to be when NC State’s offense is struggling so badly—so it’s a good time to ask, what results the rest of the way would make you feel okay about this season?
I think it’s safe to say, based on what we’ve seen from the team, that it is not going to reach nine wins. Stranger things have happened, I guess, but it feels highly unlikely. I’m just hoping State can get to bowl eligibility.
And that is one reason why this week’s game is so important—pick up the win against Syracuse and getting to six wins looks like a pretty good bet.
