Dave Doeren met with the media on Monday and previewed the upcoming game against Marshall. Here is the gist of what he said:
– A lot of respect for Doc Holliday (Marshall head coach) and was a great recruiter when he was at State.
– Wolfpack needs to run the ball more efficiently. Only came in at 2.5 ypc against SC.
– Played two freshmen on front line. That hurt us. Must be better.
– Marshall is young, but have a 3-year starter at QB who has thrown a TD in 22 straight game (longest streak in nation)
– TE Ryan Yurachek is on a lot of watch lists.
