The scheduling gods were kind this year, giving NC State a string of favorable matchups in league play, most of which are at home. State plays at Boston College on Wednesday, but then returns for a homestand against Georgia Tech, Pittsburgh, and Wake Forest, in that order.
I don’t know a much but I am certain we all overreacted to the result on Sunday, because how the hell could we not overreact to that. It’s a terrible omen, though, and a continuation of a pattern that has pervaded this season. It was real bad.
State can still theoretically technically possibly get right over the next couple of weeks, but State also can dive headfirst into the abyss.
