Team Wolf Blood is one of 64 squads competing in the 2021 edition of The Basketball Tournament, which while the worst-named basketball tournament in history, is nonetheless a cool event. This is a winner-take-all single-elimination tournament, with the champions taking home a million bucks.
The field was announced on Monday afternoon, and the team of Wolfpack alums landed as the No. 7 seed in the Columbus bracket, where it will open with a game against a team of Miami Hurricanes alums. Rather appropriate that some Wolfpack guys ended up a seven-seed in this thing, honestly.
Unless things have changed, Team Wolf Blood includes Richard Howell, Cat Barber, Scott Wood, Malik Abu, Trevor Lacey, Torin Dorn, and Terry Henderson.
