Philip Rivers Starts Historic 200th Consecutive Game

Former NC State Quarterback Philip Rivers has been moving up the NFL Record Books all season long. He now ranks 6th all-time in touchdown passes, and 8th all-time in career passing yards.

Yesterday, Rivers crossed another milestone, starting his 200th consecutive game, becoming only the 4th quarterback to do so.

1) Brett Favre – 297
2) Eli Manning – 210
3) Peyton Manning – 208
4) Philip Rivers – 200

Favre and Peyton Manning are obviously retired, and Eli’s streak was snapped last season when he was benched by the Giants.
