Former NC State Safety Josh Jones has brought the ruckus up to Green Bay, and the Packers are loving every minute of it.
On Saturday, during padded practice, Jones laid out rookie receiver Malachi Dupre, and not everyone was pleased, especially tight end Richard Rogers. Jones apologized for the ferocity of the hit.
“You know, it was just bad football by me,” Jones said. “I wasn’t practicing the right way. I shouldn’t have did (sic) that. You’ve got to protect your teammates at all times, you know. But it was a good day being able to get back to football.
