For Shaw to include the Wolfpack in his Top-25, I have to assume he is sticking to his guns, believing that Memphis Transfer All-American Guard PJ Haggerty will eventually commit to NC State. Shaw put in an RPM Prediction for Haggerty to run with the Wolfpack last Friday.
