According to Joe Giglio of the News and Observer, the NCAAs has given a new deadline of December 9th for NC State to respond to the Notice of Allegations the school received back on July 10th.
Four allegations were levied against the NC State Men’s Basketball program in the notice, with 2 of them being Level I and 2 of them being Level II.
