Former NC State Linebacker Payton Wilson blew the competition away today, running the fastest 40-yard dash time of any Linebacker at the 2024 NFL Combine.
Wilson mentioned that he would be satisfied with a 4.5 at the Senior Bowl, so you would expect he would be satisfied with a 4.44.

Since Wilson was the last man to run, he didn’t need to necessarily run again, after solidifying himself as the fastest Linebacker at the Combine, but it’s hard to satisfy a competitor like Wilson.
