There is only one week left in the 2019 NFL Preseason, and quite a few former NC State players have been waived, claimed, or are sitting on a roster bubble spot.
As I reported yesterday, former Wolfpack Safety Josh Jones was released by the Packers, and not claimed on waivers, making him a free agent. Jones was drafted by Green Bay in 2017. He will surely find another NFL home soon.
Former Running Back Matt Dayes was waived by the Saints with an injury designation. He cleared through waivers, and is now on the IR.
