Barber (6’2″/185) is still technically a Tennessee commit, but after his visit today, he will have made the trip to Raleigh three times in the past 30 days. He recently visited Penn State as well. Barber played with NC State 2019 commit Jalen Frazier at Hough in Cornelius, North Carolina.
