The official 2019 ACC Preseason Football Poll came out yesterday, and the media projects NC State will finish 4th in the Atlantic Division.

The Wolfpack were picked to finish 3rd in last years Preseason Poll, which proved to be their final landing spot at years end.

Street and Smith’s 2019 College Football Preview came out earlier this summer, and they project that NC State will finish 4th in the Atlantic Division.
