Three role players who had career days vs. NC State.
But zooming out, the reason these role players were getting the type of volume necessary to go off like they did, was because NC State was so focused on getting the ball out of the star player’s hands.
Now, sure, NC State could have adjusted better to contest more shots from these role players having career nights, but the more you contest them, the more they limit their volume, the more the star player ends up taking that volume anyways.
