An N.C. State official has reported that a pair of redshirt freshmen, tight end Micah Till and receiver Elliott Davis, are no longer with the football team due to what is being called a violation of team rules. James Henderson of Scout.com reported Till and Davis’ collective dismissal.
Both from Maryland, neither Davis nor Till saw any significant game action this season. Considering how the Wolfpack have gone 2-0 to start the year without either player, this isn’t a tremendous loss. Just the same, whenever players are dismissed from the team, one can’t help but wonder just what happened exactly that resulted in that action.
