As you will notice, DIVISIONS ARE GONE.
NC State is picked to finish 4th in the ACC this year, behind Clemson, FSU and UNC.
Last year, NC State was picked to finish 2nd in the Atlantic Division behind Clemson, and received the 2nd most votes to finish as the ACC champion.
