NC State will be a heavy favorite when it sets foot back on the field Saturday against Marshall. The Wolfpack opened as a 19.5-point favorite to win, per OddsShark, and the early money has been coming in on State’s side, as the line is already -24 in some places.
Marshall eked out a 31-26 win over Miami (Ohio) this past weekend but the Herd’s offensive performance doesn’t inspire a lot of confidence as they head to Raleigh. Marshall managed only 59 yards on the ground and 267 total yards, which is to say they were fortunate to score as many points as they did.
