Dowuona took an Official Visit to Raleigh the weekend of September 14th, and was offered by the Wolfpack on July 31st.
He chose to run with the Pack over a Top-5 that included USF, Pitt, Denver and San Diego State.
Dowuona plays for The Heritage School in Georgia, and is ranked as the #8 player in the Peach State by ESPN.
