NC State Redshirt Freshman Linebacker Daejuan Thompson announced today that he is entering the Transfer Portal
First off I’ll like to say I appreciate all the coaches and staff that have invested in me to become a better man and player.

Thompson was a 4-star prospect (ON3) in the Wolfpack’s 2022 recruiting class, out of Whiteville, North Carolina. He played in 4 games on Special Teams in 2022, but only saw action in 1 game this season as a Redshirt Freshman, also on Special Teams.
