NC State lands former Florida State quarterback Bailey Hockman

A month ago, Bailey Hockman was competing for the starting quarterback job, but now he’s set to enroll at NC State. Hockman was facing the prospect of spending the next two seasons (at least) as a reserve with the Seminoles, and he’ll have the chance to compete for the Wolfpack’s quarterback job right away.

It has been a long road to make it here, but I am blessed to say I am COMMITTED to NC State, can’t wait to be apart of what is going on in Raleigh! Go pack!!! pic.twitter.com/dVfm4S3XX3

Hockman redshirted as a true freshman in 2017 and left FSU before the start of the 2018 season, which is why he’ll be eligible to play next year.
