One of college basketball’s top statisticians, Evan Miyakawa, has NC State listed as one of the teams that have potential to make noise in March.
Miyakawa, along with Ken Pom and Bart Torvik have emerged over the past 10-15 years as the newest, and most accurate CBB predictors. Yes, better than Bracketologist Joe Lunardi and everyone you see making predictions on ESPN. In fact, the basis on almost all of those guys’ takes have a foundation in the data Miyakawa, Pom and Torvik put out.
What I’m getting at is, if you want to listen to anyone’s predictions, this is one of the three guys who isn’t just blowing smoke.
