The NFL Combine is a chance for individual players to shine and show their raw athleticism and talent. With that being said, each individual player comes from a particular college football team.
Each year, the NFL determines the team that earned the most medals at the Combine. A team gets a gold medal if one of their players finishes 1st place in an individual event in their position group. Carry the logic forward, and each team gets a silver for a 2nd place finish and a bronze for third.
Each medal equals one point.
NC State tied with Oklahoma and UCLA for 2nd in the medal count.
