Hines finished the night with a career high 196 rushing yards, and two touchdowns. Prior to the two long runs, the Wolfpack trailed 14-12, and afterwards they sat with a 27-12 lead at the beginning of the 4th quarter.
Outside of biting on a play action play, that resulted in a 51-yard touchdown pass to UNC’s Ratliff-Williams in the 1st quarter, NC State’s defense was stingy.
