A silver lining from this season was the fact that a lot of younger players got on-field experience they might not have otherwise. That’ll be useful down the road, er, that is if they don’t all transfer out first.
Sophomore De’Von Graves and redshirt freshman Malik Dunlap both are entering the transfer portal, per The Wolfpacker’s Matt Carter. Both guys started multiple games in the defensive backfield for NC State as the injuries mounted, and both showed promise, Graves especially.
Graves logged well over 400 snaps, splitting time between safety and corner as the need arose.
