- Have a lot of guys who haven’t had a whole lot of playing time. Junior Nick McCloud is the only one who has had playing time. Has to do everything he can to accelerating the learning process for these guys. It’s coaching.
- Have more depth at the position, and these are talented young players. We’ve had talent before, but not a lot of depth.
